Cách chốt lãi đơn giản nhất: bán khi cổ phiếu tăng 20-25% từ nền giá gần nhất

Quy tắc 72
Phép tính toán đơn giản này cho thấy mức độ hiệu quả khi tuân theo quy tắc chốt lãi 20-25%.
Quy tắc 72 như sau: Lấy phần trăm tăng giá bạn có trong một cổ phiếu. Lấy 72 chia cho số đó. Kết quả sẽ cho bạn biết bạn phải lãi luỹ kế bao nhiêu lần để nhân đôi số tiền của mình. Nếu kiếm được ba khoản lãi 24% và tái đầu tư cả gốc lẫn lãi mỗi lần – bạn sẽ làm số tiền của mình gia tăng gần gấp đôi. Rõ ràng việc kiếm được ba khoản lãi 20% -25% từ các cổ phiếu khác nhau là dễ dàng hơn so với việc kiếm được khoản lãi 100% từ một cổ phiếu. Những khoản lãi 20-25% dù nhỏ hơn những vẫn mang lại khoản lãi tổng thể lớn.

Tính tỷ lệ chốt lãi 20-25% như thế nào
Vùng chốt lời 20-25% được tính toán dựa trên điểm mua lý tưởng của cổ phiếu. Tức là nó có thể khác với giá mua của riêng bạn khi bạn mua không phải ở điểm mua lý tưởng nói trên.
Như đã biết trong phần Cách mua cổ phiếu, phạm vi mua lý tưởng là từ điểm mua lý tưởng lên đến 5% phía trên mức giá đó. [Điểm mua lý tưởng là điểm pivot, tuỳ mỗi loại nền giá mà điểm pivot được xác định khách nhau, ví dụ pivot của cốc tay cầm khác với của mẫu hình lá cờ…]
Vì vậy, giả sử bạn mua ở phía trên điểm mua lý tưởng 2%. Sau đó nếu cổ phiếu tăng 20% -25% từ điểm mua lý tưởng, lợi nhuận của bạn sẽ là 18% đến 23%. Xem biểu đồ 1 dưới đây để hiểu rõ hơn.
